The largest artificial small-craft harbor in North America hosts the Marina Del Rey Boat Parade every year. The Snow Wonder, which runs from midday to almost six o’clock in Burton Chace Park, kicks off the event. Everyone may enjoy numerous forms of entertainment, arts and crafts, snow, sledding, and much more during this period. The Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade, the major event, begins at 5:55 p.m. with a fantastic fireworks display. Numerous boats that have been tastefully decorated and lit drift in the harbor. This intriguing presentation runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for roughly two hours.
The parade’s theme changes every season, and fresh, eye-catching displays follow. In a number of categories, including best theme, best animation, best band, best lights, and others, contestants fight for the top honors. The greatest viewing areas are in Burton Chace Park and Fisherman’s Village. Every year, the parade is seen by about 25,000 people.
From one of the waterfront restaurants, several people observe the spectacular show. However, because this is a highly well-liked choice, book your reservation in advance. Some hotels also have excellent harbor views. In Marina del Rey, the boat procession serves as the official start to the Christmas celebrations and holiday lighting.
